EMAAR Square

The prestigious Emaar Square Residences, located in Uskudar, Istanbul, were built by EMAAR Properties PJSC between 2013 and 2021. TAV Construction company was selected as the main contractor for this project and completed the construction. The residential blocks in the project were given to subcontractor companies section by section. Akfa Holding, which served as one of the subcontractors for mechanical installation works under the supervision of TAV, worked in Block A1. It undertook the regulations to design the mechanical installation of the parking lots and fire suppression systems (FSS), ventilation (cooling lines piping and air ducts), rainwater drainage lines, plumbing, hydrants, and main cooling pipeline with mechanical rooms in all floors of both blocks in the most suitable way.
