İnnovia - 1 Housing Estate

Between 2007 and 2008, Green Construction Inc., a subsidiary of Green REIT, carried out the production and assembly of parking and shelter ventilation ducts under the supervision of subcontractor Isı Makina in the “Beylikdüzü Innovia-1 Luxury Housing Project. Experience was gained particularly in the areas of duct production and assembly.

The mechanical installation subjects include determining the duct sizes and lengths in ventilation duct projects, planning the manufacturing process, dispatching and managing the site, and performing field applications for the correct connections of each duct to the right AHU and Fans according to the labels prepared for each duct.
