Maslak Mashattan Residences

The prestigious Maslak Mashattan Residences, located in Maslak, Istanbul, were built by Tasyapi Construction between 2005 and 2010. The company İmteks Electromechanical, which served as the subcontractor for the mechanical installation works of Blocks A1 and A4 in the project, worked in Block A4. The company successfully completed the mechanical installation on site for the parking lots and in all floors of both blocks in four disciplines, which include fire suppression system (FSS), ventilation (cooling lines piping and air ducts), rainwater drainage lines, plumbing, underground hydrants, main cooling pipeline with mechanical rooms. It also took on the preparation of monthly progress payments and attachments.

The Maslak Mashattan Residences project is an important milestone for us. Because this project is where we gained experience in mechanical installation practices and construction site operations for high-rise skyscrapers for the first time. As a result, we have developed the ability to work more effectively and efficiently in similar large-scale projects.
