Maltepe Piazza Residences

Aktes Mühendislik San. ve Tic. A.Ş., as a subcontractor, was involved in the mechanical installation works of the residential block and parking areas in the prestigious Maltepe Piazza Residences located in Istanbul Maslak and built by Ronesans Construction between 2016-2018. The company successfully carried out the mechanical installation field work in four disciplines, including “Fire Fighting System (FSS), Ventilation (cooling pipeline and air ducts), Rainwater Drainage Lines, Plumbing and Main Cooling Pipeline, and Mechanical Rooms” and undertook the preparation of monthly invoices and attachments for the work done.
